The experience of eating one of our apples has many layers beyond delicious caramel and chocolate, and one you might not think of when you take a bite. But providing a clean safe apple for you to eat is the most important thing to me and the team at Moyers. Not only were we the first caramel apple company to get Global Food Safety certification, SQF Level II in 2014, we have developed two revolutionary ways to clean our apples before they get made into our delicious treats.
